Our evening menu ranges from $21.95 to $33.95. It offers a selection of at least seven main courses and includes a soup or salad, coffee and dessert. Appetizers and a wonderful selection of Quebec cheese are also available to add to the table d’hôte. Fourquet Fourchette is happy to cater to all your culinary desires.

Our table d’hôte changes regularly in accordance with the season, market availability and, of course, the inspiration of our chef.
 

The New France menu is available starting at $16.95 at all times with the exception of Saturday evenings. You may find it difficult to choose a main course from our large selection of traditional beer-based meals. Also available for your pleasure are soups, appetizers and salads.

Our à la carte menu covers all the bases: the grill, the smokehouse and native Amerindian and traditional Quebec cuisine.

The Fourquet Fourchette can be an experience for the whole family: a children’s menu is available à la carte or as a table d’hôte.
